Events
There are a wide variety of events that happen within The Cornerstone and The Center. These might be sponsored by staff from The Cornerstone or The Center, or by other campus organizations using the facility. Most of these happen during the Fall & Spring semesters, with limited activity during the summers.
Some events are weekly group meetings and some are special, one-time events or small groups that form for the duration of a semester. If you have a special event or a small group that would like to meet here, please contact The Center at 342-2182 to get permission and list it on the calendar.
Most of the events designated as “Class” are the accredited Bible classes and are open to both BSU (or other) students as well as people from the community. However, they are generally closed to new attendance after the first couple weeks of the semester, just like the University’s classes. But otherwise, the people sponsoring any of the other events listed are very welcoming to anyone coming at any time. Don’t be shy, come and see!
At the beginning of the semester, the times and dates of informal events aren’t always settled until a few weeks into the semester, and there are sometimes spontaneous changes. It is best to come in and learn more details and who to contact about specific events of interest.
